How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all e-bike orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is the return policy for Aipas Electric Bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Do Aipas e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Aipas e-bike is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This covers the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects to ensure your peace of mind on every ride.
How far can I travel on a single charge?
Range depends on the model, terrain, and level of pedal assist used. On average, our bikes provide a range of 30 to 60 miles per charge. High-capacity battery models may exceed these estimates under optimal conditions.
Are the bikes difficult to assemble?
Our e-bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. The remaining setup involves attaching the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals, which typically takes about 30-45 minutes using the included toolkit and assembly guide.
