At Aipas Electric Bikes, we want you to feel confident in your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unused bikes in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure every cyclist finds the perfect electric performance match for their sporting adventures.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Prepare the Bike

  Ensure the e-bike is clean, free of wear, and has less than 10 miles on the odometer; pack it securely in the original factory box with all chargers and tools included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Logistics

  Affix the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned bike for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
